Information we collect
- Account information received through Google sign-in, including your name, email address, profile identifier, verification status, and profile image.
- Invitation details you enter, such as names, event date, time, venue, city, and hosting text.
- Order, payment-reference, payment-status, and generated-file records. We do not store complete card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
- Support messages and the information you include in them.
- Essential session, security, rate-limit, and technical request information used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, create previews, process orders, verify payments, generate and securely deliver invitations, answer support requests, prevent fraud and automated abuse, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that support sign-in, payment processing, database and private file storage, infrastructure, and email delivery. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Generated invitations are stored in private object storage. Downloads require an authenticated account and ownership check, then use a short-lived signed link. We use server-side sessions and access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account-only features. It is required for the service to function; we do not use it for advertising.
Retention
We keep account, order, invitation, and support information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Retention periods may differ by record type.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Send requests through our Contact page.
Updates
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
