How delivery works
- Complete and review your invitation details.
- Complete payment.
- After payment verification, your order page tracks invitation generation.
- When generation is complete, preview and download the PNG from the order page or your invitation library.
Delivery time
Generation normally completes within a few minutes, but timing can vary because of demand, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions. Keep the order page open or return to your invitation library to check its status.
Secure downloads
Generated invitations are held in private storage. Each preview or download request creates a short-lived secure link after confirming that the signed-in account owns the invitation. If a link expires, return to your account and request it again.
Charges and locations
There is no shipping fee and no delivery address is required. Digital delivery is available wherever you can access the service and download the file, subject to applicable law and service availability.

If a paid order remains incomplete or reports a generation failure, contact us with the order number through our Contact page.
