1. Using the service
You must provide accurate information, use an account you are authorized to access, and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, venues, and other invitation details before payment.
2. The product
We provide personalized digital wedding invitations. Templates are customized using the details you submit. We do not sell or ship a physical product.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is required for personalized previews, checkout, order tracking, and downloads. Keep access to your sign-in account secure and notify us if you believe it has been compromised.
4. Pricing and payment
Each invitation currently costs ₹299 as a one-time payment. The checkout total shown before payment is authoritative for that order. An order is treated as paid only after payment is verified by our backend.
5. Generation and delivery
Invitation generation begins after successful payment verification. Completion time can vary with demand and technical conditions. Delivery is digital through the order page and invitation library, as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Personalized generation begins promptly after payment, so cancellation rights are limited. Eligibility and the request process are described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Your content
You retain rights in names, wording, and other content you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide previews, generate and store invitations, deliver support, prevent abuse, and operate the service.
8. Template rights
The service, templates, artwork, software, and branding belong to Daawatnaama or its licensors. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use the generated invitation for your celebration. You may not resell templates, remove technical protections, or use the service to create unlawful or infringing material.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service available and generated files accessible, but temporary interruptions can occur. If a paid invitation cannot be generated or delivered, contact us so we can correct the issue or assess a refund.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Daawatnaama is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Updated terms apply from the effective date displayed on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
